Dancing Bear at Palace Theatre

Dancing Bear at Palace Theatre

Full of compassion, honesty and humour, Dancing Bear is a new musical that explores the struggle between faith, sexuality and gender identity.

A multi-talented cast (including drag star Divina De Campo) deftly flip between catchy pop tunes and dramatic storytelling to create a feast for the heart and head in this original musical commissioned by Contact.

Dancing Bear is a dizzying cabaret of contradictions: glamorous and unflinching, hilarious and heart-breaking, deeply personal and uplifting.

A Jamie Fletcher & Company and Contact co-production.

Presented in association with The Palace Theatre, Manchester and also part of Queer Contact Festival's 10th anniversary - celebrating LGBT+ arts and culture in Greater Manchester.

Part of CONTACT IN THE CITY, a city-wide programme of events during Contact's building transformation.

TWO NIGHTS ONLY - 6 + 7 FEBRUARY 2018 tickets via link below.
