Lesbian and Bi Women's Skills Workshop: Boxing for Beginners 

Together, you will learn some basic boxing skills, including head movement, footwork and some combinations, get your heart rate high and have lots of fun. Boxing is a great way to get fit, improve your coordination, balance and core stability and meet new people!

This workshop is led by Jay - one of the owners of Fighting Fit Martial Arts Centre who has been training in a variety of martial arts for 18 years - and this session will be based around boxing fundamentals and fitness.

The session is suitable for people of all abilities and fitness levels but if you have any access needs, please let us know in advance by emailing women@lgbt.foundation or calling 0345 3 30 30 30 and asking for 'Claudia'.

To reserve your place, please email women@lgbt.foundation with the title 'Boxing workshop'. We can reimburse up to £9 of your travel costs if need be. If this would help you attend, please let us know when you book.

The room will be open from 1:30pm if you want to come along, grab a brew and meet others before the workshop starts.
