World Class for Manchester Cars
‘WORLD CLASS’ CUSTOMER SERVICE HITS THE STREETS
City Centre based taxi operator Manchester Cars has become the first private hire company in the UK to invest in its drivers by offering bespoke Training from South Manchester based World Class Service.
This is all part of a package of improvements by the company, which has seen a significant investment in staff, new office space, software and the launch of a new look intuitive mobile booking App for iPhone/iPad and Android.
The driver training, carried out recently by Tracy Waddacor from World Class Service, offered Manchester Cars drivers the opportunity to refresh their knowledge and learn more about the benefits of great customer service.
New GPRS dispatch software installed cannow track vehicles nationally and means that an additional element of safety is offered to both the passenger and driver if they are outside Manchester.
With new staff recruited in the Call Centre and two new Quality Assurance posts, both on the bookings and service delivery side, it’s meant that the company has expanded into new offices on Bloom St, almost quadrupling the space occupied, previously 220 sq ft, now nearly 800 sq ft.
For customers, the booking process is improved even further with a new look Booking App available through iTunes and Google Play that allows a person to book a taxi just by having their location plotted through GPS.
