What a line up of events for George House Trust
With some high profile publicity around the subject of HIV recently, we just thought that we would let you know about all the things that George House Trust are involved in for World AIDS Day 2015. World AIDS Day is an opportunity to come together and show solidarity with people who are living with HIV around the World today. It is also a great opportunity to raise funds to support our vital work.
Here's what's on:
Thursday 26th November
ONN Bar, 7.00 p.m.
Our awareness and fundraising events kick off at the fabulous ONN Bar, where they are hosting their first ever World AIDS Day charity dinner in aid of George House Trust. Guests will receive a three course meal with a drink on arrival, followed by entertainment from drag act Cassidy Connors.

ONN Bar will also be fundraising in aid of GHT the entire weekend!

Sunday 29th November
Eagle Bar, 2.00 p.m.
Eagle’s weekly drag cabaret slot will be in aid of George House Trust. They’ll be hosting more off-the-cuff-fun, show tunes and highbrow cabaret. Danny Beard returns too, playing the part of Hostess Suprano.

New York, New York, 8.00p.m.
The legend that is drag act Roxy Hart will be hosting the biggest cabaret event of the year with the Village’s top entertainers and some very special friends coming together for one very special show.

Centre stage have been hosting a singing competition in aid of George House Trust since October. Sunday 29th November sees the lucky winner announced.

Tuesday 1st December
World AIDS Day Partnership, HIV Candlelit Vigil, Sackville Gardens, 6.45 p.m.
Join us for the most important part of World AIDS Day, the HIV Candlelit Walk and Vigil, as we remember those we have lost and show solidarity to people living with HIV today. Every year we light the streets of Manchester as a beautiful symbol of love and hope. The Candleit walk and Vigil will last for approximately 1 hour.

Tuesday 1st December
Around 7.45 p.m. After-Vigil Drinks
Eagle Bar will be hosting the World AIDS Day Partnership after-Vigil party, where for one night only, both men and women are welcome in the venue. Free mince pies and mulled wine will be served. We will later be joined by Eurovision finalist Sonia! Guests are asked to make a donation to the World AIDS Day Partnership if they are able to do so.

Bolton Candlelit Vigil and Fundraiser
Bolton Pride will be hosting a HIV Candlelit Vigil outside the stunning Bolton Town Hall, followed by a fundraising event in aid of George House Trust at The Venue.
