We Love Raise Funds

We Love Raise Funds

Tony D Cooper Manager of Via tells us..

This is the first cheque going to one of our charities LGBT Youth NW and when you ask what they are going to spend it on and they reply pens and paper and craft products for the young people you know that they were deserving of £350 hopefully will get to give out the other WLMP Charity night cheques this week.

The monies were raised at the recent 'WE LOVE' event held at Via last week.

Great thanks to all the artists who helped to make the event so successful.

They raised money for Butterflies, Manchester Parents Group and LGBT Youth North West that runs Lesbian and Gay Youth Manchester.

Hebe from LGBT youth North West (shown here receiving a cheque for £350 from Tony at Via), said, 'This will make a real difference to young LGBT people in the city and will go towards our trans youth group's residential and towards stationary and food for our weekly LGBT group'. For more information about LGBT Youth North West please visit  http://www.lgbtyouthnorthwest.org.uk/
