Glamazon

Finally Manchester's LGBT scene now has it's own monthly transgender club night. A safe space for Tgirls, crossdressers, drag kings, drag queens, divas and wannabes as well as their friends and admirers. Glamazon launches at the newly refurbished Back Door on May 17th with guest DJ's and special guests the night intends to be a permenant fixture on the scenes calendar.

The Back Door is the new name for the club space under Bar Pop which is soon to have it's own entrance on Richmond Street and Glamazon will have it's very own door hostess greeting it's guests. There will also be changing facilities for Tgirls and dressers to get ready in as well as a Glam Station where you can pick up handy hints as well as refresh your make up.

Glamazon kicks off at 1030pm but the early birds can fear not, there will be the Pop Boudoir in the Bar Pop lounge from 9pm complete with DJ, cupcakes and much more. The Pop Boudoir shall boast free entry for all from 9pm - 10.30pm and you will be able to get free entry into Glamazon too.

The music policy for Glamazon is a combination of chart hits, dance classics, Village anthems and handbag floorfillers... there really is something for everyone. There is also loads of seating for people to relax, chat and meet people. Glamazon is a safe space to party and enjoy yourself. It is the perfect excuse to get that party dress on.
