There will be workshops and talks from women in the music industry including Liz Kershaw, BBC Radio 6, Jo Good BBC6 music, as well as Viv Albertine from the Slits to name but a few.

Sound Women will hold workshops which will give  hands-on experience of interviewing, recording, vox popping and will also look beyond the presenting role to the range of skills that fit into the radio industry, from being in front of the microphone to organising the team behind it.
