The Gay Centre – 1988 to now – Stories Sharing Day

If you have ever been involved in the Gay Centre/LGBT centre on Sidney Street in Manchester, then we would love you to come and share your stories on 1st March. Young people who are trained as oral historians will run interactive groups and 1-2-1 interviews to gather your stories for films and a book. Lovely free food will be available all day too!

Please bring any objects or artefacts we can photo that will help everyone reminisce.

The event is supported by a grant from the Heritage Lottery Fund
