Former Delicatezze becomes Rubys on Canal St

We are delighted to announce that a brand new venue is launching next week on a very familiar site.

Welcome to Ruby's - the ultimate guilty pleasure which is to be set against a backdrop of mouth watering food and delicious drinks.

The new operators are embracing their love of all things Musical Theatre and have paired it with a passion for amazing food and top quality service with a song.

They invite you to take a step over the bridge and into the glitz and glamour of Ruby's and to enjoy a new bespoke menu served throughout the day and night, brought to your table by the stars of our show.

Only a few minutes walk away from the iconic Palace Theatre, they are planning to be the perfect venue for pre-show dinner and drinks and invite you to join them for an afternoon matinee visit and sample our lunch menu, or maybe even indulge in a cocktail or two.
