Clean sweep for Strictly Wheels

Clean sweep for Strictly Wheels

Dancers from Strictly Wheels waltzed their way to a clean sweep of Golds at the UK National Championships last weekend.

Most people find the prospect of performing on a dance floor daunting at the best of times.Think Strictly for instance? Imagine then performing with a disability? Manchester based STRICTLY WHEELS and their fellow dancers wowed the judges recently at the UK Championships and came away with some memorable results.

The day kicked off with an Inclusive Dance Festival featuring dancers with many disabilities both physical and learning. There were lots of great performances throughout the morning from individuals and groups alike culminating with everyone present taking part in a group dance led by Grass Roots Manager- Emma Millward.
