Celebrate your past

LGBT History Month: Claiming our History, Celebrating our Past and Creating our Future.

Every February LGBT History Month gives us a chance to look back and reflect on the achievements of our community.
The month helps to raise awareness of the need for equality, understanding, and crucially, the need to accept difference and to celebrate it.

As part of our new Heritage Project we’ll be hosting our own event ‘Getting Hitched, Making History’ on Monday 18th February, to look at the history of marriage equality and the historic changes being made as we speak. Do join us. http://www.lgf.org.uk/whats-on/event-detail/?event_id=969

For more LGBT History events see below and also check out the official website - http://lgbthistorymonth.org.uk
If you want to promote your own event on our website or in this bulletin email bulletin@lgf.org.uk
