Statement from Le Ville management..
Le Ville Hotel opened on Monday, March 4th 2013, with one goal in mind, to become the best hotel in the area. Ever since then, every single staff member and the management have tried their best to make this vision into a reality.
Today, after only short period of time, Le Ville Hotel was awarded the 2013 top rated hotel by Laterooms.com and this is a huge achievement for every one of us. The General Manager Alireza Eskandarizadeh and the Deputy GM Gregory Kaffenberger Concentrated on being different.
The hotel customer service is unique and everyone is like family. Guests receive the warmest welcome possible and at check in are provided with complimentary muffins and wine. The staff members are trained to a very high standard in customer relations and they try to avoid the word “No” This award means a lot to all of us and we will continue with our goals.
This journey has just started. There is still a lot to be done. After just 9 month the hotel is expanding and we will be adding additional 5 bedrooms to the property. We will do everything in our power to keep this title and gain others says Alireza.
