Aladdin at Bury Met

Aladdin at Bury Met

December 2023

The Met in Bury is welcoming back the Big Tiny with their production of Aladdin.

This huge show in a small theatre is skillfully directed by Will Cousins and excellently written by Ben Richards.

For a second year audiences will be treated to a Big Tiny pantomime which is an absolute delight. The clever plot and hilarious dialogue is sure to deliver festive magic and fun for all the family.

Neil Jennings as Widow Twankey brought comedic brilliance to the show. The elaborate costumes would not look out of place in a big city venue.

The entire cast delivered an enthusiastic performance that kept the packed audience totally dazzled and engaged throughout the show.

The vibrant scenery and amazing props added an enchanted touch. The clever creative team actually had Aladdin riding a magic carpet!

The music, dancing and interactive audience participation made it an unforgettable experience for everyone.

Kudos to the director, writer, technical crew and entire cast for a fantastic production which will run at the Met from the 8th to the 26th of December.
