IGLFA’s Brand New European Cup to be launched at Pride Games 2011
June 10-11 next year sees a brand new LGBT European Football Championship Cup launched right here in Manchester! A very special and unique tournament that is backed by Pride Sports, Village Manchester FC and Manchester FA. It is offering limited places to only the top performing European Clubs!
An aspirational event designed to complement the plethora of established LGBT football tournaments already on offer. It brings a truly international dimension to Pride Games 2011, with most teams coming from different countries. With 70% of all available places already confirmed, Manchester is guaranteed over 400 male and female participants flooding into the City, and this is only one Pride Games event!
Other events include; a Cycling Sportif, A Sailing Regatta, Squash Tournament, Badminton Tournament, the 2nd only ever in the world, Women’s Aquatic Meet Manchester, or WAMM for short, with all coming together for the infamous grand finale, the Bell Boat Regatta!
