Barbara Nice and Guests
We are forever Manchester, the charity for people with a passion for Manchester, and we do things the Mancunian Way.
There are around 20,000 grass roots community projects across Greater Manchester. Most of them are run by local volunteers who epitomise that unmistaken Mancunian spirit, who spot things going wrong in our neighbourhoods and want to do something about it.
Forever Manchester raises money to give to these people who use it to improve where they live, to make sure there are always things to do and to make sure Manchester is the best place on Earth to live.
We have funded many projects and initiatives in the gay village, including Gaydio, Icebreakers and the Late Comers Theatre Company.
